Daisy told you all about the devise, now let me put my two cents in. Clarisonic recently launched their miniature-sized version of their original Clarisonic: Clarisonic Mia Sonic Skin Cleansing System. It’s cheaper than the original model, it’s available in pink and it’s just perfect for the traveling woman or your college daughter.

Why choose this one compared to the other three models by Clarisonic? Check out their chart featuringthe Mia, Classic, PLUS and PRO and see their differences for yourself.

Why do I like the Clarisonic Mia?
I’ll start with the fact that it’s small but more importantly, I feel that it is works just as well as the Clarisonic Classic. The Mia head brush is the same size as the Classic, but it is about two inches smaller than the origina;. It still covers the same surface area as the Classic would—it is just not as bulky! It comes with a pLink charger opposed to a cradle charger like the Classic, making it easier for travel and storage.

I know what you’re thinking: “What’s the downside?

Unlike the Classic which has two speed settings, Mia only has one. However, you probably will not even notice the lack of speed options. The battery life is also different. With a full charge, Mia will last twenty minutes while the Classic lasts thirty. Once again, you probably will not even notice the difference. I use my Mia at least five times a week, sometimes for more than two minutes at a time, and I only have to charge it once every two weeks…so I’m not sure if the twenty minute battery is accurate but I feel that I am getting more out of it than that.

Overall, I feel the Clarosonic Mia is a great investment. It is an easy and an efficient way to cleanse your skin. It cleans your skin up to six times as deep as washing your face with your hands would and I feel that it leaves me with a smoother and clearer overall look. I really enjoy having Mia handy, she comes with me everywhere and although I still wash my face with my hands, I am sure to wash it over again with Mia. The cleaner the better, and Mia can help you get there!
